Colour Consultation
Onsite consultations are approximately 1.5 hours to view the property and discuss ideas with you. Your consultant will take photos of the interior and/or exterior and look through colour atlases to choose the right colour combination. If you are selling, your consultant will choose colours based on current trends and ones that complement the style of the house and appeal to the greatest number of people.
After your initial consultation you will be emailed a report. We will specify all the choices in detail for each room. We also provide you with the paint choices for the painter with the exact brand and colour that has been chosen for each feature –e.g. walls, cornices, skirting, architraves, fascia, eaves, windows etc.

Clients will receive in their colour consultation pack the following:

Colour schedule with your chosen colour palettes.

Specialised product selection, specific to your home.

5% off paint discount voucher to use at Roufas Paints for your first purchase.

Two FREE sample pot voucher to use at Roufas Paints for the main colour of your home.

Trade pricing for clients that show their colour schedule from Designs by Rita.
Both sessions run for 1.5 hours each.
An additional charge of $120inc GST for each hour over 1.5 hours at site will apply. A minimum call out fee of $120inc GST will be charged for additional consultations at the same address.
Designs by Rita home consultations are only available to customers within a 30km radius from the Sydney CBD. All other areas or states will be serviced via the online/phone consultation. (Please contact for pricing)
Extra charges will apply for travel over 30km from Sydney CBD.
